Water and glycerin make the liquid. Citric acid balances the taste. Potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate keep mold and yeast away. Stevia adds sweetness without sugar. Alcohol does not appear anywhere on the list.

Take 2 ml, which is two full droppers. That is what the printed label says, and the printed label is the rule.
A marketing panel image for Golden Nerves says "Take 2 Drops daily after meal for best results." Two drops would be a tiny fraction of a serving. A single drop is often around 0.05 ml, so two drops are roughly 0.1 ml. That is about one-twentieth of the labeled 2 ml.

What does "proprietary blend" mean?
A proprietary blend is a mix whose total weight is printed, but whose parts are not. The maker names every ingredient, then gives one combined number.
U.S. supplement rules allow this (FDA). Brands say it protects their formula. For you, it means one thing: you cannot check any single extract against research.

It means no official daily target exists for these ingredients. Daily Values are set for nutrients like vitamin C or iron, not for herbal extracts.
