Why does the missing amount matter so much?
Without per-ingredient amounts, you cannot compare a product with the research. Golden Nerves lists six extracts that share 195 mg in total.
Here is a quick test. Even if the whole blend were horse chestnut extract at 20% aescin, you would get about 39 mg of aescin. Trials in the Cochrane review mostly used about 100 to 150 mg a day (Pittler & Ernst, 2012). Gotu kola trials commonly used 60 to 180 mg a day of a triterpene fraction (Chong & Aziz, 2013). Grape seed blood pressure trials ranged from the low hundreds of milligrams up to 2,000 mg a day (Zhang et al., 2016).

Where should you be careful?
Be careful with interactions and with expectations. Horse chestnut and grape seed may add to the effect of blood thinners such as warfarin, aspirin or clopidogrel (NCCIH). Hawthorn may interact with heart and blood pressure medicines (NCCIH). Motherwort and gotu kola may add to sedatives.
On expectations, most of the research on these herbs was done in people with leg vein conditions. It does not transfer to healthy buyers.
